Shipping

In-stock items are normally dispatched within 24-48 hours. If an item is out of stock or your order is delayed for some other reason then we will notify you. You will receive an email notification that your order has been despatched.

Our checkout system has an advanced shipping module which calculates the cost of shipping based on shipping weight, order value and customer location. Invariably you will also be given the option to 'upgrade' your shipping choice to include, for example, a 'signature on receipt' service.
A shipping estimator is also provided in your shopping basket so that you can preview the shipping cost before proceeding to checkout - if you're browsing as a guest then you will be required to enter your location before an estimate can be given
